Jim Stephen : Board President : BNY Mellon Wealth Management
Jim has been in the financial services industry since 1970 and has specifically served the needs of high net worth individuals since 1988. Educated in Great Britain and Canada, Jim held various senior positions in Canada with Bank of Montreal before being transferred to California when he joined BNY Mellon in 1988. Since then he has worked on both coasts with business owners, company executives and advisors to develop tax efficient investment strategies. Jim works closely with BNY Mellon’s portfolio teams and other advisors to ensure strategic implementation of these strategies for a variety of individual and institutional clients throughout the Western States.

Jim has held numerous board positions over the years and currently serves as President for Beckstrand Cancer Foundation. He also currently serves on the Executive Council for the Business School at Cal State Fullerton.
